A 2 lakh sq ft packing warehouse — foundations, concreting, shuttering, steel, brickwork, VDF flooring and deck slabs — plus a 25,000 sq ft boiler, a 200 m retaining wall and raw and fire water tanks.
The largest single building in the portfolio: a packing warehouse with an attached silo block for CCL’s coffee operations. Sthirn’s team executed the complete civil package — heavy machine foundations, columns and deck slabs, brickwork, VDF flooring and the finishes.
Alongside it: a 25,000 sq ft boiler house, a 200 m retaining wall five metres deep, raw and fire water tanks, and 2 km of RCC drains and harvesting sumps. Work orders of ₹2.5 crore (CCL Beverages, February 2020) and ₹2.5 crore (CCL EOU-II, February 2021).
